The 1930s had many inventions that greatly impact our lives today. Three examples of some inventions include the helicopter, photocopier, and the electric guitar. The helicopter made in the 1930s only hovered for a few seconds; however, this inspired others to modify the helicopter design and make a newer version. Not long after, a helicopter was created that could fly instead of only hovering. Today the helicopter is more advanced, and it is used in every day life. Along with the helicopter, the photocopier was a major invention in the 1930s. Today, the photocopier is used worldwide in many companies and businesses. Finally, the electric guitar, another major invention in the 30s, was one used worldwide for all types of music. Today, it is used in different types of music including metal, country, rock, and pop.
